Below is the Merit Badge and Activity Registration (By Troop) form. The Scout's relevant data and his merit badge and activity preferences are entered online by a unit leader. The data is then downloaded to the camp management database. Next the camp management enrolls him in his classes. The enrollment procedure is straightforward. The Scout is selected in the drop down box at the top right. His Preferences (primary and secondary) appear in the lower left. The desired class in the Week 3 Classes (in the right side list box) is then highlighted. Note the current enrollment for each class and the maximum class size are shown in the two right hand columns for each class. Once the desired class is highlighted the Add Class command button (center) is clicked. The scheduled class then appears  in the middle left under the Scout's name.
